God doesn’t call the qualified to do His work, He qualifies the called, and this was made obvious to us throughout our marriage to be vessels for the Lord. Throughout our entire relationship, we have both known that we love helping others, especially those that are oppressed or without their basic needs. It means so much to us, that we have grown to desire to make a career out of it as well as volunteer in our community. Currently, Brandon is a Behavior Therapist, working with children with autism and I am a preschool teacher working towards obtaining my BSW degree in 2020. One thing that we both are aware of is that we have been called to serve wherever there is a need.

In 2020, Brandon and I felt called to dedicate more of our time helping Two Eight ministries. This year we will be working with recovery efforts around the state of Indiana and accelerating faith movements to help reach the next generation for Christ. This month we are raising funds to lead worship and minister to students from colleges all over the west coast at Greek Intervarsity's LA conference and then head back to Indianapolis to do the same for the midwest conference. These conferences will join college students from different states together to discuss Christianity and Greek life and how they both can exist together in a healthy way. It’s eye opening and heartwarming, for sure. Our budget for both conferences is $2,000. This will cover our airfare, time off from work, and other expenses that may occur during travel and hotel stay.
